In my career I have tried every arm workout possible to grow my arms and the most effective was the back and fourth tricep to bicep regiment that stimulated the most growth. Also with high intensity and little rest really shocked the arms into new found growth. Check out the video of a small example during a tricep dip exercise and a preacher bicep curl set !!!
