Rear delts seem like a very easy muscle to train but actually many top bodybuilders lack in this department.
Especially when training smaller muscle groups its much more difficult to target the muscle and get that mind muscle control. One of the mistakes that are made and I see it all the time at the gym is people go to heavy. If you control the movement by going slow and squeezing each rep and playing with the range of motions you will greatly improve your rear delts.
