It was great having Antoine in California and to put him through some workouts and get to know his physique and to see what needs improvements for his 2012 season. Antoine has some classic lines and muscle maturity for only 24 years old ,obviously Antoine being a gifted athlete has helped a lot in building his body. I  look forward to seeing him back in Southern California 12 weeks before his Canadian National show August 18 , 2012.
