Late night at the Mecca Golds Gym Venice , we put away 4 meals and are feeling up to the task to take on probably the hardest muscle. It takes everything we got so we want to make sure we have extra reserves of energy so we can benefit with 100 % muscle growth. We always warm up sufficiently before to prevent injuries.
