Christmas in Vegas
Hey Guys ,
Sorry for the delay been very busy in Vegas with all the celebrating . On this day we trained arms at Golds Gym on Buffalo and Lake-Mead. We had a great pump and was a great workout, pretty intense for this time of the year . We are looking forward to 2011 it will be Jay's biggest challenge but we are ready firing on all cylinders .
