| JAPANESE TOURIST'S GETTING A TOUR OF GOLDS GYM VENICE |
It was a crazy weekend in Venice Golds many bodybuilders preparing for the Excalibur Bodybuilding Championships held at the Culver City auditorium. While training Hide on Chest on Sunday we ran into a couple of young bodybuilders. I will be writing more about these guys and the overall Champion of the show in the coming days.
Hide had a great workout on chest on Sunday I really pushed him hard on it and it shows, he is definitely building that thickness that is definitely needed against these mass monsters on the IFBB stage.
Today we pushed through biceps which Hide has no problems with , his arms have excellent size and condition.
Today also a huge tour bus of Japanese tourists came to Golds to be presented with a tour of the gym and they were just loving Hide.
I will be including some pictures of this weekend at Golds.
